

Danielle Douek is a partner in the London office of Lerners LLP. She is a passionate advocate with a diverse practice encompassing many areas of civil litigation, administrative & regulatory law, privacy, and professional negligence. She is a senior member of the Firm's Health Law Group and is also the chair of the Firm's Education Law Group.
She has appeared as trial counsel in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and at the appellate level, as well as before tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
In her health law practice, Danielle represents members of regulatory colleges in responding to litigation, complaints, investigations, quality assurance reviews, and other inquiries.
Danielle's education law practice is focused on providing advice and representation to her clients in the post-secondary education sector in relation to civil litigation matters, along with advice in varied areas including academic matters, privacy, human rights and labour and employment.
