David R. Anderson MD

Dr. David R. Anderson is a hematologist, professor of medicine, and as of July 1, 2015, he became dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Dalhousie University. His clinical interests are the care of patients with hematological disorders, particularly those with blood clotting problems. He is a member of VECTOR (VEnous thromboembolic Clinical Trials and Outcomes Research), a national research group that focuses on patients with thromboembolic disorders. He also participates in a Maritime-based clinical research initiative that focuses on patient-oriented research.
