Michael Greb is a senior financial and governance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across Canada’s health, financial services, and member-based sectors. He brings deep expertise in fiduciary oversight, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, developed through senior roles with MD Financial Management and the Ontario Medical Association.

At MD Financial, Michael served as a Vice President during a period of significant organizational transformation. In this role, he helped shape national partnership strategies with physician organizations, oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, supported enterprise risk management, and contributed to strategic decisions affecting substantial long-term financial commitments. His work strengthened trusted relationships with medical leaders across Canada while advancing sustainable growth and member value.

Previously, at the Ontario Medical Association, Michael played a key role in initiatives focused on revenue modernization, governance renewal, and digital transformation, supporting clearer governance lines, stronger fiduciary decision-making, and long-term financial sustainability.

Michael’s governance experience includes audit and risk oversight, strategic finance, investment review, and performance monitoring, working closely with boards, CFOs, finance teams, and audit partners. He is known for his relationship-centred leadership, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex, mission-driven organizations with clarity and integrity.

A long-time contributor to Canada’s health ecosystem, Michael brings deep respect for Canada’s medical community and a passion for supporting the next generation of health professionals.

Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) and holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MPA from Western University.
