Inductees are selected by a committee of prominent health and medical professionals from both the national and international communities. Appointed by the CMHF Board of Directors, the committee completes their review at arm's length from the Board.

2024 - 2025
The CMHF Board of Directors comprises professionals and academics from across Canada serving three-year terms (for up to two terms). The Board sets the policy and strategic direction of the CMHF.

For more than 25 years, the Discovery Days in Health Sciences program has helped high school students interested in science explore careers in medicine and health sciences through an inspiring keynote lecture, hands-on workshops, and a career panel Q&A session. This experience helps youth make informed decisions about life after high school and career development while learning about innovative practices and exciting research from some of Canada’s best.
